Thank you so much for reading! :) And yes, two things. First, I wouldn’t send my work out so soon. After I’ve written a short story, I now put it away for a minimum of three weeks, preferably six, then come back to do another round of revision. When I’ve finished a novel, I let it sit for a few months minimum, before doing a final round of revision. For a medium piece, I write it one day, revise it the next, and submit the day after. I should probably wait longer, but I’m too impatient. lol. And second, for every rejection I get, I send out another piece, whether it’s a query, or a revised story. And I try, not always effectively, to not take them personally. I wish you the best of luck in your journey! :)
