I feel your husband’s pain. I’ve always been a poor sleeper. I’m not sure I’ve ever slept through the night, but since I hit menopause 13 years ago (it was SO early) the problem has escalated. I’ve tried everything, nothing works.

Some women fantasize about a luscious lover, or fabulous trip to the south of France. I fantasize about a king-sized bed, with crisp white linens, fluffy ( and cold) pillows, a cool ocean breeze, utter darkness and quiet, and…sleep.
